This month Ewelina told us her story of being an expat in Thailand. 

She is originally from Poland and besides her beloved Thailand, she lived in Austria, UK, Spain, USA, Kazakhstan and Belgium. She is a journalist, reporter, salsa dancer, globe trekker and she is passionate about social networking. 

Through pictures and movies she took us back to the paradise island, where she lived for a year.

Delicious Latin-American food in Brussels

If you want to taste some Latin-American and Caribbean food you should definetely go to Palasi Latino.

I would strongly recommend ceviche de pescado (raw fish cooked with lemon and coliander), Sancocho Colombiano (soup on base de yuca, potatoes, bananas plantains, corn and beef).

You should try as well Pisco, peruwian drink with eggs white. It's delicious. 

Price per dish is about 16 euros. If you want to try this place for a bit cheaper, go there on Sunday. They have a special menu and you can have a full dish for 10 euros only.

Every Friday and Saturday below the restaurant there is a latin party going on. If you are a fan of salsa, bachata or reggaeton, that's a good option to burn some callories after the dinner.

Affordable Art Fair

From the 7th till the 10th of February  the 6th ediction of Affordable Art Fair took place in Brussels in Tour & Taxis.

The idea of the event is to promote representants of contemporary art and let everybody find a piece of art that will suits their budget. There are many pictures, paintings, prints and sculptures, which prices vary from 50 euros up to 5000 euros. The biggest household names are mixed with young, emergining artists. The atmosphere is friendly and inspiring. It's an event worth participating in.
