Delicious Polish Cuisine in Cracow - Miod Malina

If you are looking for a delicious dinner or lunch in Cracow with a welcoming atmosphere, you shouldn’t miss the recommended by Michelin Guide and very appreciated by me restaurant ‘Miod Malina’.

In there you can try typical polish food but if you would rather go for international dishes, you can try their big choice of very good pasta.

I especially recommend typical polish soup made of fermented rye (Zur) served in the bowl made of bread. For the main dish all meat lovers shouldn’t miss roasted knuckle of pork, watch out, it’s for those with a big appetite. For those with a smaller one a good choice are fried potato pancakes with a meat stew and if you are a fan of mushrooms you should definitely choose roasted leg of veal with chanterelle sauce. The other main dish that is definitely worth trying is a roe deer with a cherry sauce and grilled gold mushrooms. When it comes to sweets, there is one dessert that I can never resist, traditional apple pancakes (that have nothing to do with pancakes that you can try overseas) with a mouthwatering blend of caramel and vanilla sauce.

left top: fried pancakes with a meat stew 27 PLN - 7 euro
right top: roasted leg of veal with chanterelle sauce 41 PLN - 10 euro
left down: typical polish cheese made of sheep milk
right down: apple pancakes 15 PLN - 4 euro

Address: ul. Grodzka 40, Krakow

It is just so good.
